Operations Assistant

Datamark is currently looking for an experienced, energetic team player to fill the position of Operations Assistant.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This is full-time, entry-level position for an Operations Assistant with technology background. Proficient computer skills, data entry and database mgmt. Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Fast paced environment with deadlines.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

?  High school graduate or GED with two or more year?s experience in office administration, and customer service.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

?  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

?  Oral and written communication skills.

?  Ability to work under strict deadlines

?  Detail-oriented

?  Highly motivated
