Outdoor Advertising Coordinator M1319
Accor North America (ANA) is comprised of Hotel Sofitel, Novotel, Motel 6, Studio 6 and Red Roof Inns and is the largest owner/operator of lodging properties in the United States. The ANA Marketing Department located in Dallas Texas is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Job Description: Outdoor Advertising Coordinator
? Schedules, tracks and coordinates billboard price changes, processes invoices, manages files and completion photos
? Creates graphics for new billboards, airport displays, signs, user manuals and other materials as needed
? Manages and oversees the airport and transient advertising displays and programs
? Assists Outdoor Advertising department in other areas as needed
Qualifications
? Full knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Email, RightFAX, etc..
? PC and Mac graphics packages including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Quark, etc....
? Excellent written and oral skills
Abilities and Experience desired
? Ability to set priorities/goals and achieve with minimum of supervision
? Team oriented with flexibility regarding scope of responsibilities
? Punctual and self-motivated
? Close, harmonious working relationship with vendors and internal customers required
? Background in outdoor advertising at the agency or end-user level
? Detail oriented and able to work with budgets and accounting issues
