Outdoor Advertising Sales Position

Job Purpose:

To promote, sell, and maintain the company's sales pipeline while increasing marketing share throughout the city.



Duties:

* Determines client advertising campaign requirements by utilizing product or service knowledge, marketing research, media capabilities, and audience characteristics.



* Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand customer requirements.



* Obtains client acceptance by developing a campaign strategy; preparing and presenting proposals, concepts, and other copy and print mock-ups.


 

* Evaluates, adjusts, and redirects sales campaigns by studying and analyzing sales results, demographics, customer satisfaction surveys, and other market research information.


 

* Maintains client confidence and protects advertising operations by keeping information confidential.



* Provides account information by answering questions and requests.



* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.



* Contributes to company effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

* Contributes to sales team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
