Choice Hotels International is a leading franchiser of Comfort Inn, MainStay Suites, EconoLodge and other popular brands, with over 5,000 locations worldwide. We seek an accountable, detail-oriented professional to support sales efforts and customers from our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. Reporting to the National Director in Partner Services, you will contact Choice franchisees to drive sales toward endorsed vendors, probing for feedback to discover further service needs and increase opportunities.

Utilizing your excellent phone skills, you will create valuable relationships with customers and assist with issue resolution. Managing incoming calls, you will provide contact information, technical assistance and answers to all interested parties. Important duties include maintaining records of transactions, issues, resolutions and other client data, plus generating sales leads for partner vendors.

Our successful candidate will possess:

? Minimum of 2-3 years of sales/marketing/customer service experience, with 2+ years cold-calling

? Excellent written/interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to deal with individuals at all organizational levels

? Proven organizational and multitasking skills

? Ability to travel as required and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

? A college degree, sales quota experience and fluent second language skills, plus the ability to work flexible hours preferred

? Call center experience in a banking environment creating relationships with mid- to high-level clients preferred
