Part Time Administration Position

We are aggressively seeking a part-time Administrator?a talented, enthusiastic and high-energy individual?to help us deliver on our mission.

Required Qualifications:

- College Degree
- Good writing skills
- PC literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
- Internet savvy: Google, Expedia, etc.
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimum supervision
- Quick-thinker, ability to improvise when necessary
- Organized; Multi-tasker
- Detail oriented, tenacious
- Highly evolved telephone skills
- Local candidates only!

Extremely Desirable; puts you at the top of the list:

- K-12 teaching experience
- Recruiting/HR background/experience
- Application training experience
- Database experience

Projected Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Customer Support
- Vendor contact and follow-up
- Answering phone
- Filing; record keeping
- Making travel arrangements
- Learning marketing and sales cycles
