Partner Marketing Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively manage partner marketing programs throughout project lifecycle by collaborating with internal and external resources to gather requirements specifically for the partner, audience and promotion. The position would be responsible for managing operational requirements for partners spread across several countries. Primary focus is to develop and execute email marketing programs to generate revenue and acquire customers then to analyze these programs after launch. This includes but is not limited to the following:

? Develop creative concepts for online promotions with the McAfee Web team and/or outside agency.

? Create and implement direct marketing strategies by gathering program requirements, creating marketing requirements documents and launching campaigns in a timely manner.

? Provide analysis on performance of partner marketing programs launched and optimize/grow results based on findings

? Create and manage the quarterly marketing plan for the Dell installed-base subscribers

? Contribute to help make OEM revenue and customer acquisition targets

? Participation in quarterly and annual strategic planning including program/initiative development

? Assisting in various projects as needed


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

? 5-7 years consumer marketing experience within software/technology industry. At least 3 years experience in developing and managing online marketing programs

? Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue, and generate customer acquisition

? Team player with excellent project management as well as interpersonal and organizational skills

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

? Highly organized and detail oriented

? Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform under pressure/deadlines

? Database and segmentation of target markets experience required

? Outstanding analytical skills. High comfort devising and maintaining integrated tracking methodologies, and more importantly, the ability to identify and act upon key findings and trends.

? Web marketing or online marketing experience

? Experience in the computer security industry a plus


QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

? Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing

? May require some travel.
