Administrative Assistant to Director Pharmacy Marketing.

Essential Skills:

Provide administrative support to Director of Pharmacy Marketing and staff. Prepare, file, and track documents; Coordinate meetings and travel for Pharmacy Marketing staff; Provide project assistance; Process expense reports and payroll information for department; Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to coordinate and facilitate other meetings.



Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent; Two to three years previous administrative support experience required; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
