Philadelphia area Top Pharma Marketing Firm Seeks Director, Project Management

Position opening for Director, Project Management is in the Philadelphia area.  To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess,

n  Expertise in the Pharmaceutical Industry

n  Management Experience 

n  Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication Skills

 

Responsibilities:

n  Manage and oversee external client responsibilities and internal management responsibilities

n  Advise team on process and procedural issues

n  Coordinate all client communications, including initiatives, engagements, and status meetings

n  Understand and manage client expectations as it relates to engagements, project plan calendar and timelines

n  Maintain awareness of various issues facing client and client centric team, and assist in problem resolution

n  Review cost estimates and budget proposals

n  Assist Project Managers ? when needed ? in managing staff, resources, outside vendors and budget

n  Review project plans and work estimates

n  Understand the terms and conditions of contracts and retainers and ensure that all documents and paperwork are in compliance with such agreements.

 

Position Qualifications:

n  Must have significant knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

n  Minimum of a Bachelor?s degree

n  5+ years experience in technical production

n  Exceptional planning, coordination, management and communication skills

n  Strong leadership abilities and ability to exercise good judgment

n  Interactive experience is desirable
