PHONE ROOM MANAGER

 

MRCGROUP Research Institute, Nevada?s largest public opinion polling company is looking for a Phone Room Manager to join our team in our Las Vegas office.

 

The Phone Room Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of a modern 250-CATI station market research call center. This operation runs 7 days a week.  This is a hands-on position.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Help oversee and supervise all processes in the phone room/call centerEnsure that all of the projects in the phone room/call center run as smoothly & efficiently as possibleMaintain all quality & production standardsEffective coaching, counseling and training of staffIdentifies any potential problems with a project and effectively resolve any issues or concernsAssist in the preparation of reports or presentations as necessary

 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:College Degree a plus2 - 3 years of related management experienceMarket research and/or call center experienceComputer literate, including working knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, WordFamiliarity with CATI a plusStrong people management skillsGood communication and leadership skills essentialAbility to efficiently manage multiple tasksAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyAbility to identify and resolve problem situations under tight deadlinesAbility to work with all levels of staff and management

 

 

This position may be required to work weekends.
