Pre-College Marketing Manager - Berkeley

Description:
We are searching for a Pre-College Marketing Manager for the Berkeley area to focus on marketing Pre-College programs (SAT, SAT II, PSAT, etc...). The Manager will develop both new and maintain current relationships within local schools and communities.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and review pre-college marketing plans with management
o Develop a schedule of and execute pre-college marketing activities
o Make presentations on high school campuses; conduct marketing and informational seminars
o Seek out and attend events, fairs, and forums
o Build relationships with faculty, students, parents and other organizations
o Interact with current school clients to ensure highest level of customer service and ongoing growth within active programs
o Identify new activities to promote growth in the area, and develop programs to counter competitive activity
o Work closely with Center Director and Pre-College Director to plan marketing activities, events and other large scale initiatives

Requirements:

o Bachelors Degree
o Evidence of entrepreneurial spirit
o Sales/Marketing experience a plus
o Leadership and team motivation skills
o Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
o Organizational and planning skills
o Good problem solving and creative thinking skills
o High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
o Ability to travel extensively within the local area
o Flexibility to attend marketing events on nights/weekends
