Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review marketing plans with Marketing Director.
- Develop schedule of marketing activities.
- Make presentations to high school guidance counselor, students and parents; conduct sales and informational seminars.
- Build relationships with guidance counselors, principals, students and parents.
- Attend events, fairs, and forums.
- Hire, train, and supervise student representatives.
- Identify new activities to promote growth in the area, and develop programs to counter
competitive activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years experience as a Marketing Coordinator or comparable work experience
- Leadership, entrepreneurial, and team motivation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation
skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Good problem solving and creative thinking skills
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Ability to travel within the borough of Brooklyn
