Bring your FSA and or H S A experience to this exciting role. We're seeking an outgoing, experienced individual to perform market analysis, project management, and other pre-launch activities needed to bring cutting edge financial card products to market. In this new and highly-visible role, you would collaborate with many other areas of the company and have the opportunity to drive an untapped feature to success. Key responsibilities include 

? Performing market analysis

? Identify product opportunities

? Managing projects and ensuring that all internal areas meet objectives

? Creating and defining scope

? Working with the finance department to create cost benefit analysis

? Presenting analysis to the executive management team to obtain funding

? Ensuring that the business administration team signs off on projects after the business requirements are written and testing is completed

? Overseeing the communications materials and training that needs to occur with new products

? Serving as the SME in sales finalist meetings and providing the "value story" to the sales executives

? Overseeing the resolution of customer issues



Significant experience managing, developing and launching new products is required. Project management experience is also mandatory, as are strong decision making and problem solving skills. A solid background in the financial card market is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of project management methodology. A sales background or experience with finalist presentations would also be helpful. Candidates must have superior computer skills. MBA preferred.
