Product Group Manager

If you are a marketing professional experienced in writing promotional materials, know how to research and manage marketing lists, have the ability to successfully develop, plan and budget marketing efforts - we have a position waiting for you within our newly expanded education product group. 

 

In this key position as a Product Group Manager, you?ll focus on the following primary responsibilities:

? Develop, execute and analyze marketing efforts ? including direct mail, catalogs, web, etc.

? Write and coordinate collateral/promotional materials, i.e., brochures, mailers, inserts, web ads, etc.

? Provide mentoring and motivation to marketing assistants to increase their efficiency and effectiveness

? Research, acquire and manage marketing lists

? Plan and budget marketing efforts for product group consisting of newsletters, books, videos, eLearning courses, online subscription services, etc.

? Attend industry conferences and trade shows (5% - 10%)

Qualifications/Ideal experience includes:

? 3+ years experience with direct mail

? BA/BS in a business-related field

? Managing multiple products simultaneously

? Developing and executing marketing plans and strategies

? Market analysis

? Gathering and interpreting list plans

? List research and developing list plans

? Staff management
