Product Manager - Banking

We have an opening for a well-rounded Product Manager for a role supporting marketing projects across all divisions of a leading financial organization. This highly flexible person will have a broad background in banking, marketing management, communications and/or project management. The main focus of this role is on new product development, marketing campaign initiatives and campaign analysis. This person will be responsible for interfacing with all members of the team throughout the marketing group while executing strategic programs across the bank's multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

Development of creative strategy briefs. (Ability to summarize information, incorporate research, sales goals and product descriptions to meet business line objectives.)


Execute communication plan for all projects from conception to completion.


Lead initiative development groups with business line and operations personnel to bring projects in on time and according to strategy while addressing compliance, legal and operational considerations.


Ensure review and sign-off procedures are met and track project performance.


Provide analytical and research support to program by obtaining information in a timely fashion, critically reviewing the data and drawing appropriate conclusions.


Direct vendors on creative through development of well thought out strategy statements while keeping initiative development on time through regular, well defined communication with vendors.


Manage annual marketing budgets making certain that costs stay within estimates and that media, mail and merchandising initiatives are delivered.

Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's Degree.


Experience: 3 to 5 years of project management experience.


Organizational: Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.


Technical/Computer Skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
