Product Manager, Benicar Combination
We are currently seeking a Product Manager for our Parsippany, NJ location to support a new product for our Benicar franchise. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of an effective launch plan for this new brand. In addition you will be responsible for the day-to-day brand activities, as well as the planning and development of programs as outlined in the annual marketing plan.

Responsibilities: In this position you will assist in the development of the new brand's launch strategy, and ongoing strategic direction, marketing campaigns and sales POA development through analysis of sales, promotional, competitive and market research data and trends. The results of assigned responsibilities impact the product prescription and market share growth, financial stability, viability and success of the company. You will assist in the development and evolution of the overall brand message and corresponding strategies as well as coordinate and support regional sales efforts to achieve product sales objectives through the design, development, and implementation of training and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with marketing research associates to develop marketing research tactical plans, including the analysis and interpretation of primary and secondary data to identify business opportunities. You will develop strong working relationships with the marketing team from our co-promotion partner and also manage multiple agency and vendor relationships. In addition you will oversee all aspects of managing major projects, ensuring projects are executed in a timely manner and within budget, and perform other related duties as required. 30% travel required.

Education/Experience Requirements: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred. You will have 2-4 years of broad pharmaceutical marketing experience including experience in market research or market planning, preferably working with antihypertensive products. In addition at least 2 years experience in pharmaceutical sales or sales training is preferred. Prior project management experience is required. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills required. You must have the ability to think strategically and creatively. Lastly, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
