Product Manager - Milling

The product manager will be responsible for creating and ensuring the proper implementation of a GLOBAL business strategy for the Milling Product Line in a way that is consistent and complimentary with the market management group, GKAM (key accounts), team, department and division goals, market share goals, planned profits, product life cycle and product development activities.

Continual communication and facilitation of activities with KMT customers, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, technology, GSP, field sales, Regional Ops Centers, Customer Application Support Groups, KMT subsidiaries, distribution networks, overseas partners and outside vendors via phone, email, personal interaction and video conferencing
????????? Assist with the review and negotiation of licensing and sales agreements
????????? Develop market information and collateral
????????? Continually development to a comprehensive competitive knowledge base
????????? Provide core training materials and facilitation of instruction for customers and sales representatives
????????? Accepts overall responsibility for developing sales publications, sales bulletins, tool show displays, and other promotional materials for the product line.?
????????? Constantly collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve professional and personal goals.
Experience and Skills:
????????? Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing or engineering or an associate?s degree in a relevant technical field with five years experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
????????? An advanced degree is desired.
????????? Candidates should have an understanding of product portfolio management, product life cycle management, pricing strategies, inventory management, business marketing, and an engineering/technical aptitude.
????????? Must be self-motivated, possess sound business judgment, exhibit strong communication and leadership skills, and be proficient in using computers and software.
????????? Ability to show Proven Results of goal accomplishment in product sales and margin.
