Position Description:

Essential Functions

- Help create Genworth and Long Term Care Brand Image
- Help drive government and public relations agenda
- Develop campaigns and collateral to raise awareness and drive sales
- Create and execute integrated marketing programs with distribution channels in accordance with set strategy, including program training
- Develop marketing attack strategies
- Create and coordinate 'end-to-end' customer experience
- Implement Segment Marketing Strategies

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
? 5-7 years experience in a Marketing role
? Experience in executing integrated marketing plans (national programs, workshops, collateral development)
? Experience in Cause Marketing, Sports Marketing and Brand launches
? Experience networking, negotiating and developing strategic plans, with key customer leadership

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
? Demonstrated results in market research, segmentation, planning and program execution
? Proven track record of leadership, execution and teamwork (work independently as well as within a team)
? Strong creative, analytical skills, problem solving and communication skills
? Strong facilitation and presentation skills
