Production/Studio Artist--Direct Marketing Agency

RTCRM (http://www.rtcrm.com), a national relationship marketing agency, is seeking a talented and energetic Production/Studio Artist to support our diverse roster of clients in our NYC office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Mandatory experience with the technical preparation of print materials
* Proficiency in all industry standard software programs including but not limited to InDesign (a must), Quark, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Previous experience working with mechanicals, comps, and client presentation materials
* Works directly with Creative team and Traffic Department to meet schedules and deliver high-quality, error-free electronic mechanicals for assigned accounts
* Maintains systematically updated electronic files of all projects
* Works with Creative and Production teams to catalog and track original, stock photography and any other original art type
* Contributes to new business projects as requested
* Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
* Minimum 5 years of design, print production experience
* Must have direct, agency experience
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* A sense of humor, an eye for detail and the ability to remain calm in a crisis
* Passion to learn the inner workings of the business and be part of a team
