Program Manager

 Program Manager will interact regularly with commercial supporters, faculty, and internal team members to assure successful completion of high-quality educational projects on time and on budget.  Position requires thorough knowledge of CME and ability to apply adult learning principles to design high-impact educational activities that result in measurable improvements in physician practice. Program Manager should have experience in executing diverse tactics including symposia, dinner meetings, journal articles and supplements, web-based activities, PowerPoint presentations, multimedia CD-ROMs, monographs, etc. Position requires ability to independently and simultaneously manage the development, production, and execution of multiple projects from beginning to end.

 

Experience in hemophilia/hematology education is a plus.

Requirements: 4+ years of healthcare communications experience3+ years of medical education experience, including project management, commercial supporter and faculty interaction, and thorough knowledge of multimedia teaching methodsKnowledge of CME rules and requirements as well as trends in CME industryStrong strategic planning and tactical execution skills Exceptional commercial supporter service skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills as well as creativityTeam orientation and ability to multi-taskWillingness to travel
