Project Manager – CRM Hosted Solutions-Nationwide

Growing leading-edge marketing technology company specializing in CRM enablement and analytics has several openings around the country for a Project Manager in its CRM Hosted Soultions group. These positions would be based at Client sites and requires extensive travel.

 

The Manager will have overall responsibility for exceeding customer expectations through superior implementation of best-of-breed technology enabled marketing solutions. This qualified individual will be customers? primary point of contact and will ensure appropriate communication amongst entire project team and stakeholders. This person will possess an understanding of customers business/marketing requirements and lead implementation team, develop project scope, manage project plans and schedules, handle resource scheduling and tracking, develop /maintain status documents and ensure that quality of deliverables are met on time and within established budget.

 

Qualifications:

?  3+ years experience as project lead delivering CRM, database marketing, and/or data warehouse technology solutions/

?  Bachelor degree or higher.

?  Demonstrated experience leading multi-million dollar projects through entire project life cycle.

?  Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

?  Understanding of campaign management (e.g. Unica, E-piphany, Siebel Marketing) and business intelligence applications (e.g. Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle Discoverer or Brio).

?  Other desired skills and competencies include: Analytical, team oriented, problem solver, organized, flexible, good follow-through ability, ability to prioritize, and multi-tasked oriented.

?  Pluses include PMP Certification, relational database concepts, experience delivering outsourced solutions, and understanding of SQL, NT, Oracle, Unix, HTML, ETL and data management tools.

 

Salary: $75-120k
