Fathead (www.fathead.com), maker of the hottest precision cut, real-life dimension sports enthusiast wall graphics, is looking for an aggressive and experienced Website Project Manager to create awareness of Fathead products and generate positive buzz. 

 

Fathead produces life-sized cut-outs of and NFL and NBA stars, as well as NFL team helmets and NASCAR racecars like Kurt Busch?s #2 car.  New products featuring NCAA teams are coming soon. 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Website Marketing professional to plan, execute and maintain the website programs for our fast growing retail company. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing,

 

 Position Summary:

 

 The fundamental job of this position is to help plan and execute website marketing and usability initiatives to support the growth of  Fathead LLC. This person works closely with colleagues within marketing, technology, metrics, sales and operations teams to design, develop, implement new features, functionality and enhancements on our public facing Internet site to support our sales and client support efforts.

 

 Essential Functions

 

?  Manage the development and execution of website communications and usability projects and coordination of details

?  Manage website marketing and communications projects from start to finish including establishing goals, developing requirements, create and manage project plans and production schedules to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

?  Develop information architecture for marketing and communications Web sites, micro sites and client extranets. Optimize content and client experience for the Web. Create, edit, proof and spec Web pages, vanity URLs, registration forms, etc.

?  Develop and manage Internet site production schedule for publishing content including supporting advertising and public relations media plans. Includes online banner ad and paid search landing pages and metrics reporting.

?  Support Internet site redesigns including development of new design style guides, display templates and site navigation. Drive content related aspects including information architecture, taxonomy, content development, visual imagery and design. Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing of public facing pages and content management publishing system.

?  Assist in analyzing results of online campaign Web sites and landing pages including click-throughs and conversions, page views, visits and click paths. Make recommendations for improvement based on results.

?  Develop recommendations for Internet site enhancements based on industry best practices, new technologies and tools and monitor competitor Web sites to ensure Fathead remains at the forefront of providing the best possible online experience for our customers

 

?  Be adept at working within and leading teams across marketing, sales, technology and operations.

?  Work with marketing, sales, PR, operations, and consumers to identify needs and develop programs.

?  Initiate, develop and manage business relationships with outside agencies and resources that are required for execution of programs.

?  Drive and challenge agencies and other resources to get the best ideas and work.

 Training, Education, and Experience

 

Requires a BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, Human Computer Interaction or related area.
