Overview:

DDB Seattle is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong communication skills to work on fast-paced Advertising, Direct and Interactive projects. Must be attentive to detail, great with people, capable of managing large workload and available to work extra hours if necessary to get the job done.

 

Responsibilities include:Proactively facilitating the development of projects by coordinating team assignments, scheduling key meetings, monitoring progress and anticipating potential problems Working closely with Account Management, Creative, Studio, Print Production and Accounting departments to coordinate all aspects of project execution Creating and enforcing schedules for creative development and production Creating estimates and monitoring actual vs. estimated hours to ensure project profitability Routing creative work to all necessary parties prior to release to client or vendor Overseeing the development of creative presentation materials Ensuring timely and thorough communication of project developments to all pertinent team members Maintaining all necessary project documentation per legal and accounting protocols Delivering projects on time, on budget and error-free

 

Qualifications:

Three years Project Management experience. Agency experience strongly preferred. Interactive experience a plus.

 

Education:

Degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis on business or communications preferred.
