The project manager is an entry-level position with the responsibility of managing the flow of work on assigned projects throughout the agency from project initiation through completion. Major duties will include: developing estimates and timetables for the development and execution of promotional programs and materials; performing traffic and billing functions on all jobs; assisting and/or responding to client requests; creating, updating and managing job folder throughout project lifecycle; updating team members and departments on job status.

Qualified candidates must have: a four year degree, basic internet and MS Word skills, good written and oral communication skills, ability to problem solve, ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills, and team orientation.
