Project Manager - Learning Solutions

. Our client is looking for a project manager with some instructional design/training/education in their background.


This person will:
- Select the best instructional approach based on audience and objectives
- Define and document course architecture
- Prepare and organize training content
- Create storyboards
- Communicate design concepts to internal team and clients
- create and manage multiple tasks, resources, budgets and schedules, along with the overall quality of each project
- Resolve schedule and budget conflicts
- Interact with internal team and clients
- Track and report hours using time-tracking systems
- Keep team informed and on-track
Requirements:
- Must have 3 plus years of project management experience
- Must have experience in leading a team
- Must have budgeting and P&L experience
- Must have experience in managing outside vendors
- Must have experience in managing multiple projects
- Must be up to speed with technology; great word, excel and internet skills
