Project Manager, Marketing Communciations

 

Essential Duties:

This position is responsible for developing and managing member and selected provider communications related to Disease Management, Health Promotion, Care Management and Behavioral Health.  Projects including mailings, brochures, flyers, and other support collateral will be managed from concept through delivery, and various communication channels including direct mail, the Web, and telemarketing will be leveraged.  The position also acts as a liaison between the Marketing Communications and Disease Management, Health Promotion, Care Management and Behavioral Health departments.

? Develop and Manage Execution of Disease Management, Health Promotion, Care Management and Behavioral Health Member Communications.

? Monitor projects and track results.

? Adhere to departmental procedures.

 

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

? The ability to represent the staff of Marketing Communications as communications experts to Disease Management, Health Promotion, Care Management and Behavioral Health teams.

 

? Strong project management skills, with relentless attention to detail on complex, simultaneous, high visibility, deadline-oriented projects, to assure timelines are met and accurate materials that reflect Disease Management, Health Promotion, Care Management and Behavioral Health departments? strategies and members? needs are produced.

 

? Professional editorial judgment and writing skills, to control quality and accuracy of materials produced.

 

? Demonstrated knowledge of print production, direct mail, and electronic communications.

 

Qualifications:

Job performance requires a college degree, preferably in communications, marketing or business.  The incumbent must have at least 5 years of directly relevant experience.  That experience must include a track record in developing and managing effective member communications, preferably in health care markets
