Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of projects that support client objectives and expectations. PM's consult with clients and create project plans so that client objectives and delivery dates are met.

 

Project Managers have responsibility to:

 

 Act as a liaison between customers and project team members to assure design and content are within scope of contract Coordinate team member activities so that their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis Have day-to-day contacts and close working relationships with clients and internal sales and account managers Provide current and accurate project information to assist with resource planning and revenue management Develop and manage timelines Prepare status reports (internal and for clients) Prepare projects for medical, legal and regulatory review; Attend review meetings Manage projects from conceptual stage to completion Liaison with vendors and educational providers, writers and faculty/KOLs Budget preparation and reconciliation Assure quality of all projects  Act as point person on all projects

 

Qualifications:
Must have minimum of bachelors degree and  3-5 years (or more) of experience (agency, medical or healthcare communications, medical education, pharmaceutical marketing). Not in all of these areas but at least one or a mix.

 

Other skills include:

 

o Excellent communication and organization

o Ability to prioritize

oAbility to be proactive for all project elements and phases

o Traffic management



o Good writing skills

o Ability to multi-task

 

Plus: Experience in Video/DVD, CD-ROM development, Pharmaceutical Advertising and/or Marketing, Web site Development, Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
