Project Mgmt Specialist

      Project Mgmt Specialist This position is responsible the creatiion of diversity collateral, marketing, co-branding pieces and both internal and expternal communication. This will also include partnering with Advertising on the creation of ads for all diverse markets (Hispanic, Asian, African American and Women, etc.). The incumbent has responsibility for implementing and enhancing all diversity recruiting and marketing processes and procedures. The Manager, Diversity Operations will need to become familiar with event tracking/ monitoring and reporting will be the back up person for the Project Management Specialist. The Manager, Diversity Operations will provide project management support for the Diversity Subcommittee and the Women Field Advisory Council. This includes soliciting agenda items from subcommittee members, home office management and preparing meeting minutes.


The incumbent reports to the Director of Recruiting Operations.


 


 


Responsibilities -


1. Oversees the implementation of initiatives that the Director Diversity and Director, Women Diversity Recruiting and Director, Recruiting & Selection develops and, in the capacity of project manager, is responsible for their execution and delivery. This includes all collateral material supporting all Diversity programs


2. 3. Responsible for a broad range of internal and external communication which includes press releases in partnership with Public Relations, communication to field regarding changes in policies and procedures, launching of new initiatives and programs, marketing and recruiting pieces, enhancements to the strategy and advertising. This includes responsibility for the content for the communication delivered through various communication channels (Management Weekly, Field Alert, Recruiting & Selection intranet site).


4. Participates and responsible for planning and executing special projects/initiatives, i.e., creation of the agency specific web pages, etc.


5. In conjunction with the Director of Recruiting & Selections Operations, the incumbent will play a critical role in executing diversity recruiting processes and procedures, and will be relied upon to participate in providing tactical and strategic enhancements to the processes that the unit manages
