In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating with technical, management, and production staff to plan, write, and produce technical proposals, presentations, SF330s, SOQs, and other new business support material with an emphasis on federal and municipal proposal work. You will also coordinate with technical staff to update and maintain historical information. This role is highly valued, and pivotal to Earth Techs continued business growth

Requirements:

The candidate we seek will have a BA/BS in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related technical discipline and 4+ years of architectural/engineering proposal experience, with strong background in strategizing and developing proposals, SF 255/330s, and SOQs. Experience with federal proposal work is most desired. If you are customer focused, quality driven, and able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment, you will excel in this position! Strong written and organization skills are a must, as well as advanced print production skills (MS Word, PowerPoint.) Knowledge of graphics software and page layout skills are a plus.
