Public Affairs Support

Analytical Systems Incorporated, a contracting agency located in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a public affairs assistant for a position at Schriever AFB, CO.  The duties of the public affairs assistant are as follows:

 Assist the Government in all areas of internal and external gathering and release of MDA/JNIC program information.  Assist in the development of responses to inquiries and media queries.  Assist in the preparation, coordination, and approval of documentation.  Coordinate with MDA External Affairs and other Government and public organizations, as required, to ensure consistency among all communications, messages, and products.  Publish Government-approved press releases, fact sheets, and informational products using appropriate methods such as  printing, Internet, and Intranet.  Assist in coordinating briefings and other informational products for public release through MDA External Affairs.  Assist with the development and maintenance of the JNIC Internet site.  Support the JNIC booth at external conferences and technical events.  Research and document protocol requirements.  Assist the Government with briefings and presentations by providing requisite interpersonal and public speaking skills. 

 

This position requires a SECRET level security clearance.
