Public Relations Account Manager

The group develops and implements communications programs, specializing in trade associations and new initiative groups in the high tech field.

The Account Manager will manage multiple clients and projects. Required background qualifications and skills include a Bachelor?s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or Business and 5+ years of PR experience, preferably with an agency and including employee supervision. The candidate must have media/analyst relations, client management and new business development experience, as well as aspirations to lead a team of motivated professionals.

The Account Manager should also posses:
? Well-developed understanding of media and analyst
relations principles and practices
? Proficiency with PR planning
? Ability to foster a team atmosphere
? Education in AP style
? Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Suite
? Strong verbal, written and business communication experience
? Superior project and time management skills
? Attention to detail
