Public Relations Manager, Enterprise Business Team

Responsibilities:Provide public relations support to the Enterprise Business Team and to the Americas Marketing groups, with focus on increasing our profile as a leader in secure enterprise networking. Coordinate and execute upon PR plans that drive our networking profile as a leader in enterprise networking. Develop strategy, positioning and messaging for our enterprise product and solutions portfolio, working together with company executives. Drive product and solution launches. Support the development of materials during the company's quarterly earnings announcements.Develop innovative enterprise-focused proactive media relations programs to attract new editorial opportunities within the business and trade press.Develop and manage launch deliverables, such as messaging, pitches, presentations and Q&As. Support EMEA, APAC and LATAM Public Relations Managers with launch activities/materials, international press inquires and issues. Write product, solution, customer win press releases and media alerts. Help manage partner press releases.Help manage customer program, including customer win press releases and references.Manage media relations proactively and reactively with business and trade press focusing on enterprise topics. Serve as company spokesperson; main point of contact for the media. Provide guidance and/or counsel to spokespeople. Help manage media training program.Serve as key contact for Product Marketing and Product Management.Work with Analyst Relations to secure Industry Analyst briefings and quotes/references.Manage and execute product and solution reviews program. Coordinate with PR team to secure speaking engagements, awards and contributed article placements. Plan and support press tours and trade show briefings. Help manage day-to-day Public Relations Agency activities.Work with Senior Public Relations Manager to determine monthly Enterprise Public Relations priorities.


Qualifications: Requires B.A., B.S., or higher degree 10 years of high-technology public relations experience, preferably in the enterprise or security field. Strong media-relations skills and established relationships with the enterprise trade press required.  Established relationships with Security and Channel press a plus.Excellent management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and strategic and creative thinking skills required. Must be self-motivated, positive, and a team player. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment required.
