QC Manager

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the overall quality of the process used to collect, edit, and data enter market research information for a large national study.  Manage a clerical staff responsible for many aspects of this process.  Responsible for interpreting and analyzing quality reports, establishing and maintaining procedures for data review and working with other members of the management team to provide our clients and auditors with the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Internet search.

Education, Training, Experience, Certificates, Licensures, Etc.: 

Position requires a bachelor degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience.  A
Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytic or research environment.  Previous experience in market research a must as well as previous experience in project management.
