At Coldstream a sales and financial background are not required! Our 10 week training program is so sophisticated and detailed that success is predetermined! Training is broken down into two major areas:
Selling Fundamentals and Mortgage Knowledge
Upon completion of the 10 week program our mortgage planners are well versed with depth mortgage knowledge as well as complete mastery of selling fundamentals.
NO COLD CALLS - our marketing team generates interest in our services and provides you on a daily basis with potential clients with immediate mortgage financing needs.
