REGIONAL BRAND ALLIANCE DIRECTOR - (JH10295)

DUTIES AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Director of Brand Alliance has overall responsibility for driving non-traditional income from sponsorships and promotions in their local/regional cluster. They have the primary role in creating revenue at their respective "high PIP potential" center and a secondary role in supporting the cluster shopping center teams in creating, closing and activating local/regional sponsorship and alliances to meet their local/regional revenue goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

,,? Drive revenue/sales at their respective "high PIP" potential centers.
,,? Initiate and coordinate in concert with the center teams to activate local/regional sponsorships and promotions.
,,? Develop local tools and training program to increase the sales capability of local/regional teams.
,,? Prepare persuasive presentations for local/regional customers.
,,? Establish local goals and accurate reporting tools for respective regions.
,,? Collaborating/strategizing with other Regional Brand Alliance Directors and the VP Regional Brand Alliance in success, challenges and key client learnings.
,,? Be the key advocate in closing local and regional deals.
,,? Work with the National Brand Alliance team on all inventory/sales issues and insure that all Westfield Brand Alliance/PIP customers get a quality experience consistent with their sponsorship goals.

The Regional Brand Alliance Director will report to the Regional VP of Specialty Leasing and will work in concert with the VP of Regional Brand Alliance in execution of all local/regional deals.
