PRstore is an exciting new franchise targeting the marketing, public relations and advertising needs of small & medium size business.  We offer a retail store front where small business clients stop in ? no appointment necessary ? and speak to real marketing professionals.  PRstore makes marketing a whole lot easier?.and affordable for small business.  Our first location will open at The Point at Bridgeport on Bridgeport Way, located between Lake Oswego and Tualatin, in December. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Regional Marketing Director

 

We are looking for the right individual who to help us launch this innovative franchise in Portland/Vancouver and Bend.  You will possess the rare combination of 4+years of marketing experience along with strong sales and management abilities. Media buying experience preferred.  You will be helping set up and manage multiple locations.  You are hands on and able to greet and work directly with our walk-in clients, listening to their needs, probing them for what they want, recommending a plan, selling them our products based on their budget. Once a sale is made, you and your staff will process the order providing detail and directions to the PRstore creative team.  We will train you for 10 days at Design Central in Charlotte, North Carolina

 

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

 

You need the right combination of entrepreneurial, management and technical skills.  The entrepreneur in you can?t wait to put your energy into something that you can see grow and benefit everyone involved.  You will need all your energy and ideas that have been stored up to help us grow this business by leading a team of marketing professionals. As a manager, you will be organized and professional with an understanding of employment related issues.  Hopefully your technical skills will include agency experience and an understanding of media and PR.  The other required skills, like strong computer knowledge, go without saying.
