Aquent is seeking to add a recruiter to their Parsippany, NJ office. The recruiter is focused on making solid matches in the creative industry (graphic and web designers, copywriters, etc) Must demonstrate the ability to Identify, screen, and interview highly skilled and professional talent using various methods. The recruiter needs to respond to multiple order requests that come to account managers from their clients and needs to proactively recruit top notch creative talent to market to clients. The recruiter develops deep and consultative relationships with their talent by solving problems and resolving issues with tact and professionalism. Talent development goals will be achieved by immersing in the local creative community and by creating your own talent community within Aquent. Other recruitment efforts will include networking, headhunting, internet searches, job postings, talent and client referrals. Recruiters will do all this and more in a team environment where they will be expected to share information and contribute to the overall office success.

A minimum of 1 year in a recruiting/agency staffing organization. Experience in recruitment for ad agencies, studios, or other creative outlets and/or corporate divisions is a plus, however, a passionate staffing professional is the top priority. Familiarity with developing and implementing recruitment activities to increase office fill ratio is expected. The candidate should demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills. A BA/BS degree is preferred. The person needs to work in a culture that emphasizes self-management and be effective in working with a local team that reaches decisions by sharing information and individual contribution.
