Recruiter (Business Development, Sales, Marketing)

Spherion is a nationwide recruiting organization that assists hundreds of thousands of job seekers each year.? We are the top?recruiting organization in the DC area (Washington Business Journal).? We are looking to fill a position that will be working directly for Spherion.? This is a recruiting position for our Tysons office in accounting and finance interim placement.??

This position does not require any specific recruiting experience.? However, a candidate with some staffing or temporary placement experience would be ideal.? Since Spherion is a recruiting corporation, we place candidates with our clients.? This means that much of our job is sales related and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.? If you do not have an entrepreneurial attitude, you will not do well.? If you do have an entrepreneurial attitude, this could be a very lucrative position for you.

Minimum requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or other business related)

* Resume that shows consistent and dedicated work ethic

* Some sales experience is preferable
