Regional Account Executive ? Long Term Care Industry
Kindred Pharmacy Services is a dynamic organization looking for an energetic sales professional to represent our company covering the State of California.
We are an exciting growth oriented company offering a very rewarding career opportunity for the right person who is driven and results oriented. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with the owners and operators of long term care facilities throughout your assigned region, while facilitating the growth initiatives of our Long Term Care Pharmacy Services.
Primary responsibilities include:
Having complete knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the services provided.
Possess a good understanding of the long term care industry rules and regulations.
To continually assess, evaluate and develop market opportunities as a means for business growth.
To communicate and work closely with Pharmacy Operations in sharing market information and developing sales initiatives designed to secure new business while retaining existing business.
Attend trade shows, conventions and educational programs to promote name recognition and cultivate sales leads.
Meet or exceed sales goals established by the Regional Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Experience/Skills Required:
Successful candidate shall possess the skills and talent to deliver consistent sales success, with a minimum of two years field sales experience, in the Long Term Care Industry and a proven track record of sales success. Other results oriented long term care professionals with clinical or consulting experience are also encouraged to apply. We offer an extremely competitive compensation and incentive package with full benefits. A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.
