Job Summary:  The Regional Director or Marketing directs and coordinates activities of the marketing department in accordance with occupancy goals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Plans, develops, and implements marketing policies and goals for all Mt. West Properties.

 

Directs and coordinates marketing promotions throughout all Mt. West Properties.

 

Analyzes and constructs annual marketing budgets. Recommends increases or reductions in marketing budgets as warranted.

 

Analyzes and reviews weekly marketing reports to develop strategic course of action.

 

Facilitates monthly marketing meeting with Executives and Regional Director of Operations to evaluate market strategies.

 

Maintains commitment to the company vision and the spirit of the marketing department.

 

Attend bi-weekly Regional Meetings.

 

Reviews occupancy reports to determine progress and status in attaining goals.

 

Reviews marketing budgets for all sites to identify variance and develop corrective actions to bring budgets into compliance.

 

Develops corporate promotional materials, media advertising, and direct mail templates on a quarterly basis.

 

Provides and directs extensive Marketing Module Training and Technical Support for Administrator and Facility Staff.

 

Analyzes market statistics to develop campaigns.

 

Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the marketing department.
