Extendicare, a national long-term care provider, is looking for a Regional Director for our Northern Indiana territory to handle positive image promotion for assigned healthcare facilities and Extendicare in general, and to work with team members regarding referrals and admissions.

Do you:have a history of sales success (preferably in the healthcare industry)? have the ability to create successful outside sales/marketing plans? the experience to build, train and motivate sales teams? have experience building and maintaining relationships (referral sources) in large territories? coordinate pre-admissions from a clinical and financial prospective? the ability to relate effectively with residents, families, community members and staff?
