Regional Marketing Assistant

National law firm seeks to hire a Regional Marketing Assistant for its Salt Lake City Office.  Position provides support to the Marketing Department and is approximately 20-hours/week.  Qualified candidates will have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); excellent organizational, communication and writing skills; internet savvy with strong research and proofreading ability.  Also requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidential information, and interact well at all levels of the organization.  3 to 5 years previous marketing or public relations experience preferred.

 

Specific tasks include:  Provide research assistance for client development activities; provide information updates for the firm?s website and intranet; update regional lawyer directories; assist with completion of legal/business publication surveys; coordinate the compilation of marketing promotional packets for distribution to clients; assist with details for firm-sponsored charitable/civic and client entertainment events; host exhibit booths; assist with client mailings and newsletters; maintain marketing reports; maintain inventory of collateral marketing materials.
