Regional Marketing Director

Long Term Care company which serves Kentucky is seeking a Regional Marketing Director.

Primarily responsible for leadership in the development and execution of regional marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals. 50% travel is required.

Responsiblities include but are not limited to: Participate in developing overall marketing strategy for the region including definition of marketing goals and objectives, defining the manner and style in which the region will position itself in the marketplace and routinely assessing the overall program.Responsibility for the development of marketing strategies for the individual nursing homes and other health care facilities of the region including the development of written individual strategic marketing plans for each of the facilities. These plans will identify short and long term strategies and objectives for positioning the facility; establishing and enhancing the reputation of the nursing home; ensuring widespread recognition of the facility by the community and medical practitioners; increasing census and achieving payer mix goals; communicating with area hospitals, physicians, managed care and other referral groups. Each plan will include specific measures for each action step to be measure quarterly and annually.Provide leadership to facility Administrators, admission staff, and marketing staff as required. Prepare routine reports evaluating the effectiveness of the company?s overall marketing, public relations and advertising programs, assist in evaluating the competitive markets and providers within company nursing home markets and provide regular feedback to management. Provide an ongoing analysis of regional performance form a marketing perspective.

Qualifications:
  ?  Bachelor's Degree in marketing, management or comparable field preferred
  ?  Preferably 5-10 years expereince in related healthcare fields with demonstrable evidence of accomplishment
  ?  Strong communicational skills, organization capabilities, training skills, and ability to manage people are essential
