Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists Regional Manager in their primary responsibility for marketing of all established BPR products in assigned areas.
2. Works directly with the Regional Manager for assigned region, assists in carrying out the strategic business plan for marketing within the region.
3. Assist Regional Manager to provide vision and direction to area Marketing Coordinators to allow for the attainment of goals set out in the strategic business plan.
4. Assists Regional Manager to closely monitor and evaluate the performance of area Marketing Coordinators toward agreed upon goals and objectives through effective communication and personal observation.
5. Assists Regional Manager in the effective management and evaluation of area Marketing Coordinators who are responsible for the marketing function in their assigned states.
6. Assists Regional Manager in establishing measurable goals and objectives within each area Marketing Coordinator?s territory to allow for the objective evaluation of performance.
7. Assists Regional Manager in the preparation of annual employee evaluations for each area Marketing Coordinator.
8. Assists Regional Manager in the evaluating effectiveness of personnel in marketing positions to ensure that the company has the right people in the right positions.
9. Assists Regional Manager in the hiring and training of new Marketing Coordinators.
10. Direct involvement in marketing as a Marketing Coordinator in assigned territory with responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Hiring, training, mentoring, monitoring, and motivation of CRs; Keeping in constant contact with all Campus Representatives (CR) to ensure that they understand and fulfill their duties; Conducting CR Workshops annually to ensure that all CRs fully understand their duties.
11. Become an experienced, knowledgeable BPR representative who is available for student questions and can speak with authority and knowledge.
12. Keep current with what is happening on the local campuses (BAP and Accounting Society functions, BPR speaking engagements, Business Societies and business student group functions)
13. Attend campus functions in addition to personal campus visits (Accounting Society meetings, Accounting Society dinners and/or other special events, Career days and/or ?Meet the Firms?, Business Society meetings and events/functions, Other campus events, meetings, and/or activities that are beneficial to the marketing of BPR products)
14. Have a productive firms program for CPA/CFA and other BPR products (Visit and provide information to large firms, Provide information to smaller firms)
15. Keeping up with current happenings of other local review courses and offerings (Obtain information on the size of competitor classes, Be knowledgeable in the differences between BPR courses and the competition and be able to educate potential students regarding BPR advantages, Understand strengths of competition and try to make them our strengths)
16. Frequent travel to colleges and firms within assigned area to make the appropriate number of visits to ensure maximum BPR visibility and to monitor the efforts of CRs

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales/Marketing or a related business field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1-3 years of successful experience in selling and managing a sales process. Highly motivated, self driven, results-oriented, strategic, logical and methodical thinker. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to inspire loyalty and trust and must be flexible and adaptable. Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multi-task and work independently. Must have the ability to make ethical decisions, always doing what is best for the students as well as the Company.
