RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Managing, leading, coaching and developing Area Marketing Managers.

- Directing all marketing execution in the Central Region market.

- Educating and coaching subordinates on how to bring a market to life.

- Ensuring the identification, planning and execution of all sponsorship events for brand growth.

- Directing the execution of all marketing plans with regard to public relations and media in the regional market.

- Developing top notch Regional programs within a limited budget.

- Strong understanding of the development and presentation of annual plans and budgets.

- Strategic thinker.

- Proven partnership with retailers.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus.

- 5 ? 8 years Marketing experience working with consumer packaged goods in a regional marketing role AN ABSOLUTE MUST!

- A passion for product and company and marketing.

- Management experience AN ABSOLUTE MUST!

- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

- ?Lifestyle? marketing experience required.

- Beverage industry experience a major plus.

- Able to work independently ? this individual will work from home office.

- Must possess high level of intelligence and very strong communications skills.

- A demonstrated high level of creativity and innovation.
