The Marketing Program Manager facilitates development and implementation of marketing plans and programs. These critical initiatives support sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, quality image and improved margins and market share for Campus Services. The Marketing Program Manager will support a district through the identification, training, execution, and tracking of Campus Services initiatives with retail and residential brand refresh training as well. Candidate must be willing to relocate within region if necessary.

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Management is preferred as is previous food related marketing experience. Must be able to work with various levels of management within ARAMARK. The position requires the ability to interact and build strong relationships with clients/customers as well as ARAMARK teams to accomplish goals and objectives. Ability to influence complex decision-making processes is fundamental. Analytical skills and ability to think strategically about the business are essential - accountable for achieving financial results through teams' efforts. Must possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable speaking in front of clients and various levels of ARAMARK management. Time management skills are a must. Must have strong computer skills. Previous food service and/or restaurant experience is preferred.
