Working with the Partnership Management team, lead the development of strategic plans for specific partners through hypothesis development, exploring new growth and revenue opportunities, designing and implementing new test ideas, and providing strategic recommendations to? management.

Manage the relationship for multiple Capital One Auto Finance partners
Work with Business Development to launch new partners
Create new marketing campaigns with an emphasis on web based marketing to increase auto finance applications
Accountability for assigned partner relationships - you will own these accounts and be expected to grow the business generated from them while watching expenses.
Work with managers and partners to gain business insights
Work with Systems, Operations and M&A to develop, refine and execute partner marketing programs.
Work on other projects, as required
Work with Business Analysts to report test results, conduct analysis and identify partnership marketing opportunities.
Participate in brainstorming & strategy sessions, as well as other planning meetings, as required.
Must be able to apply strong analytic skills and business understanding to a wide range of tasks as they arise.
Conduct research and analysis of business situations, issues and problems
Conduct data query and numerical analysis as necessary


Required Skills:
Previous relationship management experience
Previous marketing experience
Strong strategic problem solving and conceptual thinking capabilities
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
