Research Associate

The Catchpole Corporation is a public relations firm based in Wellesley, specializing in managing speaker programs for technology companies. We're looking for a full-time college grad to join our team immediately!

The Research Associate supports the research function by maintaining and developing database information used for client management and publication. In addition to daily database maintenance, the research associate edits text for content and style consistency, and provides account executives with reports and information that require well-versed knowledge of Catchpole's SQL-based database. The position involves working with highly detailed and time-sensitive data. Candidates must be proficient in researching, analyzing and reporting on conferences and award programs from reading brochures, searching the Internet, and speaking with conference/award program managers. Requires excellent verbal, written communication and strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products, basic data entry, and the Internet. Bachelor's degree required. Research and editorial experience a plus.
