Harte-Hanks, a leading international direct marketing and database company has an immediate need for a top-notch, experienced research professional to interface with clients and execute all aspects of qualitative and quantitative market research project responsibilities.

 

In essence, we design, deliver, and analyze market research to help our clients solve a broad spectrum of marketing challenges such as:

? Brand positioning and awareness

? Creative materials testing

? Pre and post marketing campaign effectiveness

? Receiver reaction studies

? New product launches

? Customer satisfaction and loyalty

? Employee satisfaction and loyalty

 

We are currently seeking a market research professional with experience in both quantitative and qualitative research studies.

 

This individual will work in primarily in our Langhorne office and assist in the execution of all phases of qualitative and quantitative market research activities including:Designing research instrumentsManaging vendorsEstablishing banner and stub plansStat checking and proof readingAnalyzing and interpreting dataPreparing reports, presentationsOther activities associated with market research, as required

 

This position requires:

 

? 3-5 years experience

? Bachelor?s degree

? A high level of professionalism

? Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills

? Great attention to detail

? Experience in online and offline research methodologies 

? Computer competency including PowerPoint and SPSS

? The ability to act as a liaison to internal and external customers

? The ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment

? Some travel

 

This position also may entail performing in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups.
