Responsibilities:

The Incentive Manager will manage a 1.6MM incentive operation used to maintain consumer participation in our Panel Testing Solutions Group (PTSG).  Individual will be responsible for achieving budget goals, managing and selecting fulfillment vendors and all aspects of our sweepstakes. Manage verbal and written communications to both members and applicants of our program as well as determining program specifications for applications development team?s use. As the Incentive Manager, you will be responsible for launching, maintaining and discontinuing various incentive programs. You will use your data analysis skills to insure program quality and vendor performance metrics are achieved. Monitoring member satisfaction dealing with consumers, troubleshooting inquiries, and reporting on vendor performance are key responsibilities of this position.

 

Requirements:

-A minimum of 3 years experience in a promotion or incentive position with at least 1 year management or supervisory experience is required.

-Previous vendor management experience with exposure to procurement activities is preferred.

-Familiarity with accruals and bookkeeping practices and the ability to assist in the creative activities linked to member communications are a plus.

-Your excellent oral and written communication skills with management experience and working with vendors, in addition to having the ability to influence and impact cross functional teams are crucial to your success in this position.
- Has had hands-on development experience with starting up incentive programs
-Strong data analytical skills to better understand and design incentive programs
-Experience in managing and influencing a team
-Lead the measurement process to evaluate and refine incentive programs on an ongoing basis
-Experience with customer segmentation analysis and implementation of data into program development

-Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks is a must.

Education:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Access is highly preferred.
