Rider Support Coordinator

White Brothers Performance Products, Inc., a leader for over 30 years and recognized world-wide for proprietary exhaust and other performance enhancements to Motocross, Off-road and ATV enthusiasts, currently has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Marketing Team.

 

Responsibilities will focus primarily on providing customer service for White Brothers Support Riders and our Support Systems.

As Rider Support Coordinator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will execute all functions related to Rider Support and WB Racing efforts.  This is an exciting and diverse role with a broad range of responsibilities; in which you will:

- Collect/organize Support Rider resumes

- Update and maintain Support Rider lists

- Fill and track Support Rider orders and provide Customer Service

- Directly assist Factory and Factory Limited Riders

- Organize event calendar and provide direct event support

- Assist in newsletter writing and the coordination of media functions

 

Qualifications you will need to be considered for this position:

- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the Action Sports Industry

- Outstanding personal interaction/communication skills

- Eager willingness to learn/apply outstanding customer service skills

- Must be detail oriented and highly organized

- Ability to adapt, and function well in, a fast-paced work environment

- Proficient knowledge of MS Word & Excel as well as internet navigation

- Travel is required
